Polite Notice

Summer is a very busy time of year for us & unfortunately we seem to be experiencing a spell of extremely late arrivals again.

This seems to regularly happen each year between June through to the end of August. Please read below

APPOINTMENT ETIQUETTE

We would like to emphasise the importance of being on time for your appointment.

Please consider that if you are late & we are fully booked then we will not be able to honour your appointment & you will lose your booking fee.

We cannot still squeeze you in if you are late & our diary is fully booked.

If you can imagine, it’s a bit like catching a flight, the plane cannot wait for you to arrive & will not refund you if you don’t turn up.

If you wish to rebook you will need to pay a new £20.00 booking fee.

I hope you can understand that we are a small independent business, we value everyone that walks across our threshold so we ask that you treat us with the same consideration & respect as you would like to be treated yourself. :)
