A MESSAGE TO ALL OUR DEAR CUSTOMERS
We hope your every visit to our studio is a wonderful experience.
Sometimes, we may want to close at very short notice which will allow us downtime to recharge our batteries and give us a certain amount of lifestyle freedom.
This wonderful opportunity, to live by choice and not by the clock, gives us the flexibility to craft a slower, more relaxed life. This means we are not going to be taking future appointment bookings too far in advance, unless stated on our website or in studio. Instead it will be walk-in only during the times we are open.

I have replied to a lot of emails but heard nothing back or people tell me they emailed & I didn’t reply.
I reply to every email we get as soon as I can between clients or after we close. Sometimes my replies bounce back or I just don’t hear back from you.
Please check your junk folder to see if they are hiding in there.
If you send your number I’m guaranteed to be able to get hold of you as a follow up if you haven’t seen or responded to my email.

Please don’t leave a voicemail because the sound quality is bad & often we cannot hear your phone number, especially when it is said very quickly. We don’t always receive voicemails for some reason & are unable to turn that function off.
