BOOKING INFORMATION & PROCEDURE

By booking an appointment, you agree to the terms stated below.

  The piercing price includes the piercing jewellery & aftercare advice plus free fitting/removal voucher.

Punctuality & Rebooking

• Attendance Arrive no more than 5 minutes early or be on time. Late arrivals risk losing the booking fee & appointment.

• Missed/Late appointments Lose the booking fee & require a new £20 booking fee to rebook. Non negotiable.

• Appointments Allow 20 minutes. Notify us in advance for multiple piercings or extra jewellery fittings .

• Rescheduling requires 24 hours' notice. We allow this once only, & you must rebook within 2 months or the booking fee is lost.

• Rescheduling within 24 hours Asking to reschedule multiple times will risk you losing your booking fee.

The Booking Fee Contract

• Booking fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. A £20 booking fee is required per piercing/person. The booking fee will be deducted from the price of the piercing when you arrive.

• Multiple piercings: If you book for two piercings but change your mind and get one, you lose the second booking fee.

• Do not book if you are unwell. Clients with colds, flu, or covid symptoms will not be pierced.

• Payment methods: Booking fees must be paid in advance via phone (card) or in person, in studio. No bank transfers or PayPal.

• If you change your mind before or in the studio we reserve the right to retain the booking fee.

• Last minute appointments cannot be moved.

• Cancellations are non-refundable.

• Cancellations within 24 hours (even if unwell) we will retain the booking fee.

• No-shows will not be rebooked.

• If you are unwell on the day of your appointment Booking fees are NON REFUNDABLE & NON TRANSERFABLE without 24 hours notice. Please call the studio or contact us via email if you are unwell on the actual day of your appointment & we will talk about your options.

How to Book

• Appointments We do not book appointments too far in advance

• Times Bookings start from 10:30am – 2:30pm. ALWAYS remember check our planned studio closure page before requesting a date & time.

• Methods: Visit the studio in person, call us on 01823 289 055, or email info@accupierce.com with your phone number and preferred times.

• Note: We do not use an online booking system or accept bank transfers or paypal.

Age & ID Requirements

• Minimum age: We do not pierce anyone under the age of 10.

• Under 16s: Parents/grandparents must book the appointment and attend to sign the consent form.

• 16–18s: Must bring valid photo ID if attending alone. Without ID, a parent must attend.

Studio Rules

• No small children to be left unattended: For insurance purposes children under 10 cannot enter the piercing room and cannot be left alone in the studio. Please bring an adult to supervise them.

• We will not pierce anyone who is pregnant, breastfeeding, or under the influence of drugs/alcohol.

• Pregnancy & Breast Feeding It's generally good to wait a good 6 months after childbirth or until after you have finished breastfeeding. This is to let your body heal & get back to normal after the stress it's been put under. Your body is working hard to recover post-pregnancy & birth. If breastfeeding, producing milk is a large undertaking for the body. Your body is still doing a lot of work after your baby is born so we don’t advise adding the extra task of healing a new piercing because it may not heal well & could possibly lead to an infection. This is standard practice with most reputable piercers & tattooists.

• Zero tolerance: Rude or inconsiderate behaviour (if you are late or any other reason) will result in a cancelled appointment & we reserve the right to retain the booking fee.
